Amazing Birthday/Reunion

What a day!! Words really cannot express all we are feeling right now. We went to the Children's Place orphanage this afternoon and what started out with a very tired Maiah ended up with her not wanting to leave.....she was hugging her caretakers and playing with her "girlfriends" or so she said:) She left asking when we were coming back to play some more...we made another play date with a few of the girls her age. Derek also had the best birthday ever with all the children singing happy birthday in both English and Mongolian and then several children got up and sang solos for Derek. They also blessed him with some tea mugs, so very sweet!! We went there bringing blessings for the children and left feeling so blessed by all these sweet faces, hugs and kisses. We left there knowing that God has a plan for these sweet kids, it was such a great time and so good to have Maiah leave with us happy and of her own free will:) We have posted pictures from today in web albums, just click on pictures in the side bar.
